“Al llegar la chica de la recepción no fue muy amable pero después el personal atendió muy bien durante la estancia, el desayuno que ofrecen está delicioso y muy amable quien atiende, la ubicación es perfecta para quien quiera tener cerca cualquier servicio ”

“首先，这里的view是真的好。 其次，这里的设施可以说应有尽有，从智能家居到冰箱里的酒水小吃，从阳台冲浪浴缸到智能马桶，但好像每一样都不很高档。 还有，和Grand Velas比，这其实不算真正意义上的全包酒店，在所有餐厅，只要是高档一点儿的食材，就需要你另付款。对我来说，很不爽。”

“el hotel está muy céntrico, mucho que ver al rededor. El buffet está más o menos porque a mí parecer no tienen tanta variedad para el precio que manejan. Las albercas muy limpias y la limpieza de habitación buena. La persona que nos explicó del estacionamiento fue algo grosera y deberían aclarar que solo hay espacio en su estacionamiento para 4 carros para todo el hotel. ”

“El Hotel es bonito pero ya está viejo y le urge una remodelación, el Todo incluido le falta variedad, pero es cómodo.”

“AC did not work but the fan worked. Some of the furniture was worn or broken. But overall, for Mexico, and especially Yelapa where there are limited amenities, it was fairly good. The staff were helpful, especially Ismar, who spoke some English. As my Spanish is poor I was grateful for that!”

“This place is gorgeous. We hung out at the pool and watched the lizards and birds. Its set in the jungle so the animals are everywhere and it’s so peaceful. The staff were so professional and polite. The food and drinks were 5*. There is a lot of construction happening so if that’s something that will bother you, plan accordingly. The only thing I wasn’t prepared for was the extra tipping. I thought it was all included in the all inclusive package but they are asking for more tips. It’s worth it……

“The hotel room view very nice ,u can hear the natural voice~ sea and bird. The restaurant also good , can try the mexico food ,and the staff very friendly to recommend the food & good service. One more, i should thank you the recepcion men~Fernando Rodriguez again in here. Autully i only stay one night at this hotel, and other 3day i stay at other hotel, and my fd leave the iphone charge in the room, he is a good guy. He was send the charge to our hotel by himself. Thanks so much.”
